At IRONMAN Oceania, we are committed to providing high-performance gear that meets your training needs, but we understand that sometimes a product may not be the perfect fit. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the product is in its original state.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized Oceania postal location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
